Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging where applicable. This applies to all collectibles, trading cards, vintage toys, currency, and electronics sold on this site.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us before sending any item back.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been altered, damaged, or are missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please take the following steps:

  • Check your bank account or PayPal balance again
  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary
  • If you’ve done the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us via our Contact form

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items purchased on sale cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or arrived damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us using our Contact form within 30 days of delivery.

Shipping Returns

To initiate a return, please contact us first via our Contact form and we will provide return shipping instructions and address.

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
